Refund policy

At Farningham Kitchen we take great pride in our food - it is made in small batches using fresh ingredients.
If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, please email us and we will refund in full. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the jar is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The jar should arrive unopened - please let us know as soon as you receive the product if that is not the case.

How do we use your personal information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).




Shipping policy

We will deliver free of charge to customers who live within 5 miles of the Kent Village of Farningham. If you are unsure of distance, or if you would like a quote for home or business delivery, then please contact us and we can provide a delivery option and price.
When spending over £17 we offer free delivery.
We use Hermes as our courier.

How can I pay?

Our preferred method of payment is direct debit but we also accept bank transfer, cheque or cash payments.  If you'd like to pay by card you can use Paypal or over the phone.
